Soybeans ended the session sharply lower with most of the pressure on the spot contract. Soybeans were down a penny for the week from last Friday’s close. Soybean planting is progressing and the latest updates will be available Monday afternoon. The weekly CFTC report showed Managed Money had decreased their net soybean long by 12,240 contracts from the previous week. Managed Money still held a net long of 218,088 contracts as of Tuesday the reporting period. Soybean exports have taken a contra-seasonal jump when compared to at least the past six years turning higher as opposed to trending lower into new crop harvest and the reason for that is out of concern prices will continue higher on less production out of South America. Jul 12 Soybeans closed at $14.05, down 33 cents,
